Before lunch I walked around the neighborhood with my dogs and did 50 jumpingjacks.

Then I had a super-skinny grilled cheese!

I had that lite bread (45 cals a slice) with 2 slices of fat-free cheddar cheese (25 a slice)

So with a smidgen of butter.and I mean VERY LITTLE butter on the bread so it browns, that’s about an extra 20 calories. I also had a side of veggies (cauliflour, broccoli, and carrots) +60 cals.

So I had a 220 calorie lunch! Till my mom offered me a cookie, which I said no thanks to but she did one of those “common just try it!” things and felt a little obligated.. luckily I managed to sneak part of it to my little nephew when she wasn’t looking! haha! So I’m gonna another 70 calories..crap :( I guess I didn’t do awful but I definitely could have done better with maybe 1 less slice of cheese (-25) and without that damned cookie (-70) except…I can’t blame anyone but myself for that one..

290. I’m gonna go drown myself in bottles of water and do my workout once I get a little school work in :) 

Good Morning!

Rise & Shine skinny-mini’s!

How did you start your morning? What have you done for your diet so far today?

I started off my morning with 150 jumping jacks, 150 crunches, 10 pushups, 15 calf-raises, 10 squats, and 10 lunges. 

I then enjoyed a nice breakfast,

3/4 cup Honey bunches of oats (the almond kind!) with 1/2 cup skim milk - 170, small/med apple - 70   and a glass of water!

total: 240

After my breakfast, I decided to burn a little off and did 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, and 50 crunches.

Hey, every little bit counts for something, right? :)

Make today amazing!

P.S. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, I was going to weigh myself before I ate and after my first workout..but forgot, damnitt! I’ll weigh before lunch!
